You forgot to get the Internet scheduled in advance. NO WORRIES. Atlas Networks Plug and Play option allows you to instantly connect to the Internet. No calling, no waiting, no setup fee, and no delays. For real.
Wait, how does that work?
When you move into a building that Atlas services, we may have already installed switches (one per floor) within the residential building. In these buildings, we have connected the cabling that runs to individual units to each switch, enabling residents to get online instantaneously.
Within your unit, all you need to do is plug into the router and turn on your desktop or laptop computer. An Atlas Networks landing page will immediately pop up. Just select the kind of Internet service that’s best for you from a variety of options and you’re online!
What happens on your end?
An internal portal is already built into the residential unit, when you plug in your router and select an internet package, the internal portal is automatically acclimated – aka, you get online immediately. When you place an order online through our auto-provisioning process, an Atlas Customer Service Representative opens an account and the billing is automatically processed. The software was written in-house in a programming language called Python by our Systems Administrator.
We’ve been offering this Plug and Play service to several residential complexes within our network since 2014 and are working to deploy this feature in all our buildings soon.
